The laboratory where the different brands’ most innovative, rule-breaking projects take shape, the production centre for machined parts, and the design studio where prototypes are conceived, A2i is Brasport Group’s Research & Development division. Brasport took over the company in 2010 and brought it in-house: a wise investment, given A2i’s important strategic role. This merger has added a new range of activities to the Group’s skill set: 3D simulations, machining of fully-finished prototypes for individual models and small series, specialist tool production, making matrixes and moulds, manufacturing external parts for watches, and strap inserts.

A2i works across the Group and optimises synergies between its different activities. In return, its work is financed by the four brands, through their orders, sales and production. As well as a large degree of independence, this enables A2i to develop uniquely specialised competencies and serve the Group’s needs better than any other company could. At the same time, it provides Brasport, Noomoon and DLC – and consequently their clients – with a genuine guarantee of quality.
